The child and two men were on Beach 45th St. near Beach Channel Drive in the Rockaways’ Edgemere neighborhood just before 9:30 p.m. when gunfire rang out, police said.
Justin Wallace was shot as he entered a home on Beach 45th Street in Edgemere around 9:30 p.m. with a 29-year-old man, who was also shot, according to police.
